Payment Policy

Trip cost is usually spread across two payments. A $500 deposit is due with your application. The final is payment due two to three months prior to your departure. You will receive a financial statement when we process your application, and we'll remind you about upcoming payments.

In the interest of keeping tour costs as low as possible, there is a convenience fee for credit card charges. Late payments or returned checks will incur a fee. If you have any questions about your payment, please give us a call.
