Cancellation Policy

If A Student Must Cancel

All cancellations must be in writing (letter, email or fax). The post-mark or date stamp will be considered the valid date of cancellation. After enrollment, if a student should decide to cancel, the following penalties will apply. Penalties outlined below are in addition to any airfare penalties. Any eligible refund will be processed only after receipt of the written notice of cancellation and may take up to 15 business days to process.

Winter Groups - Departing in January or February

June 16 - October 15 $500
October 16 to 31 days prior to departure $500 plus any unrecoverable expenses
30 days or less prior to departure No refund possible


Spring Groups - Departing in March, April or May

October 16 - January 15 $500
January 16 to 31 days prior to departure $500 plus any unrecoverable expenses
30 days or less prior to departure No refund possible


Summer Groups - Departing in June, July or August

December 16 - March 15 $500
March 16 to 31 days prior to departure $500 plus any unrecoverable expenses

Fall Groups - Departing in September,
October or November
