Payment Policy

Our payments are spread out so that your students have time to earn the money they'll need to pay for their tour. A $500 deposit is due with the application. The rest of the cost is spread across two or three other payments, with the final payment due two to three months prior to departure. Participants receive a financial statement when we process their application, as well as reminders about upcoming payments.

In the interest of keeping tour costs as low as possible, there is a convenience fee for credit card charges. Late payments or returned checks will incur a fee.
