CETA Tours Cancellation Policy

Travelers or parents/guardians must submit cancellations in writing (letter or email). The post-mark or date stamp will be considered the valid date of cancellation. Penalties are outlined in the Terms & Conditions of the group’s tour brochure. Any eligible refund will be processed only after receipt of the written notice of cancellation and may take up to 15 business days to process.
